At CIBLS, we make conscious efforts to make all the sessions interactive and invite active participation from the participants. We create "Learning Environment" through Role Plays, Group Discussions, Presentations, Games, Questionnaire, Audio-Visuals, PPTs, etc.
We prepare exhaustive training notes for each training program. We have very positive feedback of the participants about the notes they can carry home for each session.
