Accounts Manager

Job Overview:

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with Indian statutory requirements, and leading a team of accountants. This role involves strategic financial planning, accurate financial reporting, and maintaining effective internal controls. The Accounts Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the RMP’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Inter-CA (Chartered Accountant) is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of accountants.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian statutory requirements and compliance.

Assistant Catering Officer

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Have a complete and through knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
  • Have a complete understanding of the operation of all food service equipment.
  • Set up the work station at the beginning of the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area during service clean as you work.

Preferered Candidate Profile:

  • 1 – 2 years in food service industry will be preferred.
  • Must be a team player and be able to get along with others.
  • Must be able to use tact in handling sensitive situations.
  • Must be able to maintain courteous communication with customers during busy, stressful times.

Assistant Librarian

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Librarian to support the daily operations of our library and assist in providing excellent services to our patrons. The Assistant Librarian will work closely with the Librarian to manage library resources, assist patrons with inquiries, and contribute to the development of library programs and collections. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literature, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1.  Assist in the day-to-day operations of the library, including circulation, cataloguing, and shelving of materials.
  2. Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to patrons in locating resources, conducting research, and utilizing library services.
  3. Help maintain the library’s collection by processing new materials, organizing shelves, and ensuring materials are properly labelled and catalogued.
  4. Collaborate with the Librarian to develop and promote library programs, events, and outreach activities to engage with the community.
  5. Monitor library facilities to ensure a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for patrons.
  6. Assist with the implementation of library policies and procedures, including enforcing library rules and regulations.
  7. Stay informed about new developments in library science and technology to enhance library services and resources.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the library.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field is preferred.
  2. Working experience of at least 1 year is desirable.
  3. Familiarity with library classification systems, cataloguing procedures, and information retrieval tools is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with patrons and colleagues.
  5.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6.  Familiar with using computers and library management software.
  7.  Enthusiasm for promoting literacy and a love of reading within the community.
