Executive Director – RMP - Keshav Srushti, Uttan, Bhayandar Campus (Dist. Thane)

The role holder should be a visionary and dynamic leader to manage our Knowledge Excellence Centre at the prestigious Bhayandar campus (Keshav Srushti). This leadership role encompasses:

  • To expand the current activities and also bring newer areas of study, research, training and take projects in Socio-Political-Economic arena to policy level wherever possible. For this the role holder is expected to work with Sate and Central Governments wherever necessary.
  • Closely study international events and initiatives in the stated domain above and review its application, relevance and adaptation to India
  • Development and execution of training, public awakening, and research Programme to facilitate the policy makers through collaborative approach with all stakeholders
  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners
  • Guide and ensure execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development Programme to meet new initiatives
  • Operate with management committee through consultive approach
  • Overall responsible for the new training approach strategies with new age technologies relevant to socio-political, leadership & governance subjects to fit RMP’s vision & mission
  • Strategic guidance and operational excellence of the existing campus facilities & its expansion projects
  • Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR & administration, Financials and other stakeholder relations through established team lead by CEO

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Any Professional qualification with Ph.D. preferred
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry. Preferred age up to 55 yrs
  • Strong track record in Programme development, partnerships, and team management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership—aligned with the ethos of “New Leaders for a New India”

General Requirements : Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English (written   & spoken) is preferred. Computer literacy is must & proficiency in word, excel & PowerPoint is desirable. Independent correspondence, planning & execution, strong communication public relations & computer knowledge. Salary commensurate with qualification & experience

Chief Programme Officer: RMP - Keshav Srushti, Uttan, Bhayandar Campus (Dist. Thane)

Proven leader with excellent communication and relationship building skill. Ten years or more experience in Programme management, supervision, and budgeting skills.  Knowledgeable about socio political environments & should be able to identify training need offer relevant training Programme to socio political groups.

Experience in establishing goals, prioritizing projects, creating standards, and monitoring quality and outcomes of the Programme from offer to execution. Need to work with all other stake holder departments

Preference will be given to versatile candidate who have an experience in planning, publicity, report writing, Programme proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, etc. preferably in a Social organization.

Skills: Training design & content development and its execution, creating visibility for Programme execute report writing, project proposals and documentation

Qualification: Graduate/ Post graduate preferred in sociology, political science but not mandatory

Experience: 10 years’ experience with minimum 5 years in training & Programme management for NGOs, government & semi-government bodies

Age Limit:  up to 45 yrs
