Hindutva Adhyayan (Certificate Course in Hindutva)

Technical trainings at RMP

RMP also specialises in certain technical trainings like training political workers in the ideology of their political party (e.g Hindutva), in public speaking & personality development, in programme management and writing project proposals by NGOs, Disaster management & digital skills

Hindutva Adhyayan ( Certificate Course in Hindutva )

RMP conducts public education programmes as well as for the wider general audience, at fairly regular intervals.

The importance of sound Ideological ground to anchor a party’s politics can’t be emphasised enough. A powerful ideological force that organically expresses the cultural identity & aspirations of Indians is Hindutva. It was coined & conceptualised by Vir Savarkar in the early 20th century, it has progressively risen to prominence in the recent decades.

Understanding & conducting politics, either as a supporter or a detractor/critic, without understanding the contours of this robust & vibrant ideology is simply not possible.

Wholesome nationalistic politics, be it cultural or constitutional, can ill-afford to sidestep Hindutva. But sadly many misconceptions & misunderstandings about Hindutva have proliferated over the years, both through commission & omission.

In this light, RMP has grasped a pressing need for public enlightenment/awakening as well as for propagating authentic ideas & various aspects encapsulated under Hindutva. This training helps to get rid of the many layers of misinformation and reveal this consummate, holistic ideology through an thoroughly enriching intellectual journey

RMP has been a pioneer in conducting a regular certificate course in Hindutva including a written exam.

Aspects covered under this course are :

  • Origin of nationalism & journey so far
  • Nationalistic thinkers (Rousseau to Kemal )
  • Communist Party of India, pre-independence & post-independence position

Bhashan Kala (Public Speaking)

Training & orientation of socio-political activists & workers, for enhancing their capabilities is one of the chief rationale of RMP in line with the vision of late Deendayal Updadhyaya ji & Rambhau Mhalgi ji. The crisis of trained, ethical & responsible activism & leadership in the socio-political sphere is widely felt and RMP strives passionately to fill precisely this lacuna.

Leadership manifests itself through individuals from all walks of life in various situations, not just in the topmost ranks/circles of any enterprise in any sphere. One of the extremely crucial aspects of leadership & public relations, be it in a hierarchical setup or in flat organizations or in situational leadership is public speaking.

RMP conducts two kinds of training in public speaking – political & general

Both have received a resounding response over the years. In the former, the participants are typically political activists who are required to speak in large rallies, corner meetings (chauk sabha), political meetings (baithaks) of 20-40 persons.

[expander_maker id=”1″ more=”Read more” less=”Close”]

The participants for training in public speaking for the general audience are people from various walks of life like students, persons working in the voluntary sector or socio-cultural organizations, salaried persons, persons working in the teaching profession, etc

Body-language, planning of a public speech intricacies of sound speech, practicalities of public speaking, reading for preparing a speech, pronunciation, enunciation & modulation of voice, narration & compering, etc are the areas covered for training in public speaking at RMP.

Training & orientation of socio-political activists & workers, for enhancing their capabilities is one of the chief rationale of RMP in line with the vision of late Deendayal Updadhyaya ji & Rambhau Mhalgi ji. The crisis of trained, ethical & responsible activism & leadership in the political sphere is widely felt and RMP strives passionately to fill precisely this lacuna.

In various kinds of private or public organizations working in any sphere like political, social, cultural, educational etc , frequently programmes are required to be organized. Various nitty-gritties have to be paid close attention to and all conceivable contingencies have to be provided for as a minor failure in the flow of sub-events within a programme can have wide repercussions on the overall success of the programme.

This requires in-depth planning and preparation, invariably necessitating trained expertise in programme management.

Competence & skills gained through appropriate training can be effectively & readily applied at various stages of organising & conducting the programme.

Project Proposal Writing

Project Proposal writing

RMP regularly organizes various training & capacity building programs for personnel from the voluntary sector, apart from public education programs for the wider general audience. Some of these are more of technical nature like project proposal writing.

Without direct project funding, NGOs would be unable to accomplish their goals. A proposal is a request for financial help to implement a project. It outlines the execution plan of the project, the aims & objectives, various potential contingencies & the ways to manage them, the results & outcomes to be achieved from the project. In essence, a proposal is thus a marketing document that helps cultivate an initial professional relationship between an organization and a donor regarding a project to be implemented. The proposal has a framework that establishes ideas formally for a clear understanding of the project for the donor. Sound proposals are well-drafted with a lot of thought & usually resulting in hassle-free grant of financial aid for the organization.

Disaster Management

The spectacular progress of mankind in the last century & relentless ongoing advance of science & technology has had a downside in the form of natural disasters due to alteration in the balance/equilibrium of nature. Moreover, man’s ruthless march towards material development has often been accompanied by man-made disasters.

The complexity, magnitude & frequency of both kinds of disasters has risen rapidly over the last few decades, making their mitigation & subsequent management of rescue, relief & rehabilitation efforts highly challenging. It requires a fair amount of planning and preparation beforehand.

Some of the preparation involves :

Equipment for rescue and relief operations has to be kept ready & well-functioning at all times, priorities have to be set precisely, Decision-making has to be super-quick as every fraction of section is vital. The list of crucial contacts to be alerted has to be updated from time to time. Rumors have to be countered & stopped from spreading.

Vulnerable areas prone to various disasters have to be mapped. The emotional vulnerability of the victims has to be addressed.

RMP conducts suitable training in Disaster Management for voluntary organizations and general audience
