Why Apply
- This programme is designed to strengthen the capabilities of young professionals by offering structured training in leadership, communication, and research fundamentals. Fellows gain essential skills that prepare them for impactful roles in public life, policy work, and organisational leadership.
- The fellowship nurtures ideologically aligned youth by offering them a strong intellectual foundation to participate meaningfully in socio-political movements. Through hands-on exposure to policy processes, governance systems, and organisational functioning, fellows develop a practical understanding of how institutions work—an experience that also deepens their connection with grassroots networks.
- Fellows additionally get opportunities to undertake small-scale research projects such as case studies, district-level surveys, and documentation of best practices. This helps them build a research portfolio and sharpen their analytical abilities early in their careers.
- Most importantly, the programme creates a pipeline of future leaders, communicators, and thinkers who can contribute to public discourse with credibility and confidence. By associating with RMP, fellows become part of a structured ecosystem that supports their growth as informed, articulate, and grounded contributors to the nation’s socio-political landscape.
